Understand failed-reading coin returns, purchase refund requests and recurring subscriptions.

A reading failed

If a charged generation fails, the service returns the star coins for that charge. This restores the in-service balance; it is not a refund of a previous money purchase. If your balance does not update, provide the reading time and charge or order reference to support.

A purchase or duplicate payment

Open support with the order ID, payment provider, approximate time and a description. Purchase refund requests need order review; a request is not confirmation that a refund has been issued. Do not include full card numbers, security codes or passwords.

Stop an annual renewal

Use Account to open Stripe’s billing management and cancel future renewal. Check the confirmed status and end date there. Canceling renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions; cancellation alone does not refund earlier payments.

Pending or missing delivery

Check the order status before paying again. A completed checkout can take time to appear after provider confirmation. If the paid amount or credited access looks wrong, use the order’s support action.
