Account and reading information
The service stores account information, your coin balance, questions, drawn cards, reading results and completed clarifications so that sign-in, paid access and history work. Avoid including unnecessary identifying or sensitive details in a question.
Service providers and your browser
Questions, cards and supplied context are sent to the reading provider DeepSeek to produce your interpretation. Google handles Google sign-in; Stripe or PayPal handles the selected payment flow. The site uses Google Analytics for usage measurement. Your browser stores session and current-reading state and your language preference.
Managing your data
Use your archive to manage saved readings and Account for account controls. Downloaded reports and browser copies remain on your device until you remove them. Payment reconciliation records may remain after account deletion. Contact support for questions about data or removal.
Feedback and operations
Support receives the message and any contact details you choose to provide. A signed-in submission can be associated with your account. Service logs record request status and technical diagnostics. Do not send passwords or payment card details through feedback.
Account removal
Account deletion removes your profile, saved readings, sessions, password credentials and support content. Financial records remain under an anonymous account reference, together with a one-way email hash to prevent repeated welcome rewards. Active paid access or unsettled orders may need to end or be resolved first; the account screen explains the blocker, and support can help.
